DIPLOMA OF ABILITY TO TEACH FRENCH FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Success in the admission test is conditional on obtaining results at least equivalent to C1 of the CEFR. In case of failure, the candidate can re-register with the center of his choice. AF Paris only sends notifications electronically to candidates within two weeks. Candidates do not have access to the details of their results. They will only receive a notification indicating the success or failure of this access test. Whatever the result, it is not contestable and the detailed scores are not communicated. No returns can be offered for the admission test.
The final exam
The DAEFLE is a diploma from a private institution, obtained after having followed a complete training course of 480 hours with the CNED and having passed the three tests of the final examination of the Alliance française Paris Ile-de France.
AF Paris sets an annual calendar of test dates for the DAEFLE final exam. It is then brought to the attention of users (on the AF Paris website) as well as to the examination centers. The final exam takes place on the same day in all examination centers (except on public holidays). Registrations are made over a given period. Any registration received after the deadline will not be taken into account.
